Work with finance to make sure all purchase orders are issued to vendors prior to production, advances are paid and all invoices are accurate prior to final payment.

Engage talent and music management groups to ensure all proper talent releases and music licenses are obtained and usage terms align with client needs.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and independently at various stages of production.

Travel domestically and internationally to location scouts, casting calls, shoots and post production needs when necessary.

Communicate any changes in scope, costs, deliverables etc... on a timely basis to the appropriate staff and/or vendors.

Adapt and react quickly to the changing and evolving needs of the client.

Assign and supervise any special projects given to junior level team members.

Attend seminars and trade shows to stay current on the latest industry trends. Investigate and recommend new suppliers when needed.
